Urgently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with with good communication skills.
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Making calls to prospective clients using pre-defined scripts or handling incoming inquiries about products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and personal details.
- Handling Objections: Persuasively addressing customer concerns or grievances while maintaining patience and a positive attitude.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through effective questioning and conversation to build a sales pipeline.
- Sales Closure: Following up on initial contacts to nurture leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifiying opportunities to suggest premium products or complementary services to existing clients.
