Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with experience in electronic product sales and specialized expertise in UPS, Stabilizers, and Transformers. The ideal candidate will drive field sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for UPS, Stabilizers, and Transformers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in Bangalore and surrounding areas.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Any degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience:
1–2 years in Electronic Product Sales.
3–6 years in UPS/Stabilizers/Transformers Sales.
Strong knowledge of power backup and voltage regulation products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in field sales.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
