About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will generate leads, build client relationships, and grow business through online outreach, cold calling, and in-person field visits. No prior sales experience needed — we provide full paid training.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound cold calls to prospect lists and qualify leads
- Reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Visit clients, markets, and business locations for in-person meetings
- Present company offerings clearly and handle objections
- Follow up consistently and maintain an active pipeline
- Update daily activity reports and CRM records
- Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly
Training Program (First 3 Months — Paid)
New joiners go through a structured training program covering product knowledge, sales skills, cold calling techniques, and field visit practice.
No sales targets during training. Performance is tracked on attitude, activity levels, communication quality, learning pace, and team participation — not numbers.
Bond & Leave Terms
- Total Bond Period: 9 months (includes 3-month training)
- Active Service after Training: 6 months
- Leave: 1 month paid leave granted after successful training completion
- Leave extension possible at the company's discretion
- Candidates who exit before completing the bond will be liable for proportionate training cost recovery
Who Should Apply
Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in person
- Self-motivated with high energy
- Basic smartphone/computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets)
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- Freshers welcome
Good to have:
- Prior experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer interaction
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or digital outreach
