- Bar Bending Schedule and Quantity calculation.
- Coordination for specialized/bought-out material.
- Client, vendor, and subcontractor coordination.
- Liaison with architects/consultants for project execution.
- Daily progress updates and monthly procurement schedules.
- Records maintenance and documentation of project event.
- Identifying BOQ deviated items and claims preparation.
- Monitoring procurement and ensuring timely material availability.
- Rate Analysis for Extra Items.
- Processing RA Bill for Project & Sub Contractor Bill.
- Supervising and managing the entire construction phase and all construction processes on project.
- Organizing in construction projects involves securing the appropriate resources to perform the work.
- Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan
Preparing work for the whole team.
- Estimating costs, Planning.
