Profile Summary
We are looking for a Physical Stock Executive to manage physical stock verification, inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and identification of stock discrepancies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that physical inventory matches the system records and maintaining accurate stock data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical stock verification (PSV) of inventory.
- Perform stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate stock verification and audit reports.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse and Stock teams for stock counting and reconciliation.
- Verify inward and outward stock movements.
- Check proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Investigate differences between physical and system stock.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock audits and verification activities.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory audits.
- Report major stock discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Ensure inventory records are updated and accurate.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and stock management.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Experience in physical stock counting and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS/Inventory Management Software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify stock discrepancies.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
