We are looking for a confident, well-spoken individual to manage client outreach and consultation coordination for our slimming and beauty services. The role involves direct communication with clients, explaining wellness and aesthetic service. offerings clearly, and scheduling consultations with our experts and doctors. All treatments and services will be provided by the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
ü Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain GLP services
ü Understand client requirements and guide them through the consultation process
ü Schedule and coordinate video consultations with MBBS doctors
ü Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates and drive closures
ü Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and conversion goals
ü Communicate service benefits clearly and professionally to build trust
ü Maintain call records and update CRM/lead tracking system accurately
ü Coordinate smoothly between clients and medical team for seamless onboarding
ü Ensure high-quality client experience, trust building, and retention support
Requirements
ü Strong communication and convincing skills
ü Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction
ü Basic computer/CRM knowledge
ü Prior experience in sales/telecalling/healthcare coordination preferred
Language Requirements
ü Hindi & English: Mandatory (must be fluent in both languages)
ü Additional languages will be a plus: Bengali, Kannada, Telugu
Working Conditions
Ø 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
Ø 9 hours per day
Ø Sitting job at Head Office – Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives (based on conversions and performance)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
