Birdhouse is a growing accommodation and rental management company focused on providing quality living spaces and smooth customer experience. We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Interns who can help us generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and support daily sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain property/PG details to potential customers
- Assist in lead generation and follow-ups
- Coordinate property visits and bookings
- Maintain customer data and sales records
- Support the sales team in daily operations
- Build good relationships with clients and tenants
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident and presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
