Requirement for Helpdesk Coordinator-
Good knowledge of IT service coordination, service calls and support processes.
Understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management)-Desktop/Laptop/Printer.
Knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Hands on experience on MS-Office (Word, Excel ,Powerpoint).
Experience in handling customer calls plus HP /Dell Service calls.
Warrenty/Carepack updates.
Ticketing tools knowledge
Good English communication and excellant coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize calls and engginner work effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
