Web Decorum is looking for interns to sell software products like ERP solutions for Manufacturing Units.
About the work from home job/internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conduct market research to identify potential factories and industries requiring ERP solutions.
- Initiate cold calling/mailers/LinkedIn reach-outs to connect with decision-makers and gather their requirements.
- Build and update a database of companies identified, and key persons identified (e.g., procurement managers, decision-makers).
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activities (calls, emails, demos, and meetings).
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve client engagement.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and new opportunities to the supervisor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for lead tracking and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling, client outreach, and relationship building.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in working independently while providing regular updates to the team.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities effectively.
