We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, sales growth, performance marketing, listing optimization, catalog management, inventory planning, and promotional campaigns. The role requires a highly analytical and result-oriented professional capable of driving revenue while maintaining excellent marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Drive marketplace sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Create and optimize product listings, SEO, keywords, titles, descriptions, images, and A+ Content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra advertising campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs including Sales, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, Conversion Rate, CTR, and Organic Rankings.
- Plan promotions, festive campaigns, deals, and product launches.
- Manage catalog issues, account health, suppressed listings, and policy compliance.
- Forecast inventory and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to achieve business goals.
Required Skills:
- 5–6 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience in catalog management, inventory planning, and account health management.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in Personal Care, Healthcare, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands.
- Experience with Nykaa, Meesho, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar platforms is preferred.
