Overview: At EazyGrad, we’re building one of India’s most trusted education brands, and we’re looking for creative Social Media Manager who can blend storytelling, strategy, and execution to create lasting impact. You’ll be at the heart of our brand growth, shaping how EazyGrad connects with students across digital platforms. You’ll lead content strategy,
manage social media channels,and turn insights into engaging experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. If you thrive on creativity, understand digital trends, and love building content that people trust and remember, this is your playground.
Roles & Responsibilities :
● Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
● Stay updated on social media trends, reels, algorithm changes, and viral formats
● Conceptualise and coordinate content shoots
● Develop and manage a monthly content calendar tied to campaigns, launches & occasions.
● Experience with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
● Create and manage founder-led content (personal branding, behind-the-scenes, stories).
● Grow brand pages organically — followers, engagement, reach.
● Track performance metrics, report insights, and optimise strategy accordingly
● Handle community management — influencer/creator collaborations.
Requirements :
● 4-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand (Edtech is preferred)
● Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats
● Excellent copywriting skills and aesthetic sense
● Be the face and voice of our brand across social media
● Comfortable shooting and creating quick content independently when needed
● Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT , Canva, etc.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
