About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple marketing projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, project management, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with performance marketing, content, design, video, SEO, social media, and web development teams.
- Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Track project performance, budgets, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors, where applicable.
- Monitor campaign execution and recommend improvements for better efficiency and results.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance summaries for management.
- Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing project management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze project performance and optimize workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and campaign management.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or D2C industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
