Social Worker responsibilities and duties
- Help Patients function effectively in the environment
- Assess areas in which Patients may require assistance or counseling
- Communicate with Family and administrators
- Maintain accurate case files and reports to track Patients issues and progress
- Assist in remediation by providing treatment plans or counseling
- Evaluate Patient transcripts
- Participate in the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process as necessary
Social Worker qualifications and skills
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Previous experience working in counselling
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Compassionate and approachable personality
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
Salary: 12000 to 25000 Per Month
