- Make outbound calls to prospective customers generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel services.
- Promote holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, travel insurance, and other travel-related products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Stay updated with the latest travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
