We are looking for a talented, passionate, and professional Hairdresser / Hairstylist to join the LOOKS SALON team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of hair services, excellent client-handling skills, and a passion for delivering premium salon experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair services including haircuts, styling, blow-dry, hair treatments.
- Perform hair colouring and chemical services as per client requirements and salon standards.
- Conduct proper hair and scalp consultation before recommending services.
- Understand the client's hair type, condition, concerns, and desired look.
- Recommend suitable professional hair care products and treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable and premium client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, products, and industry developments.
- Follow LOOKS SALON's service standards, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Support the team in achieving individual and salon service and retail targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or Hair Technician.
- Strong knowledge of haircutting, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.
- Knowledge of hair colouring and chemical services will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of hair and scalp conditions.
- Excellent communication and client consultation skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and undergo regular training.
- Ability to recommend appropriate professional hair care products to clients.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working with premium or luxury salon brands and professional hair-care products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
