Job Description
Adroit Design India Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and responsible Civil Site Engineers to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
The candidate should have good technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and a willingness to learn and take responsibility for the successful execution of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other project teams.
- Monitor daily manpower, materials, and site progress.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Check site measurements and quantities of completed works.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of contractor bills.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports with site photographs.
- Raise material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Maintain site records, quality checklists, and inspection reports.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Follow and implement site safety procedures.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and site measurements.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work at project sites.
- Candidates should be willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with exposure to commercial buildings, industrial projects, corporate interiors, civil construction, and turnkey projects will be preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to build their career in construction project execution are encouraged to apply.
