The Role-
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling the recruitment function at Relinns. You will lead the hiring team, create recruitment strategies, establish efficient hiring processes, and partner with leadership to attract and hire top talent across departments. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise.
What you need for this role-
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience leading a team.
- Core Expertise:
- Proven experience in building and scaling recruitment processes.
- Strong experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ability to create hiring forecasts and workforce planning strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience working in fast-growing startups or product companies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership mindset, strategic thinking, strong decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
What you will be doing-
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring excellence.
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies and processes.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build talent pipelines and improve employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring performance.
- Drive campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve onboarding and retention strategies.
- Train and mentor junior recruitment team members.
- Assist the HR and Operations teams with recruitment tools, processes, and related challenges.
- Perform additional responsibilities as deemed fit by the company based on evolving business needs.
