Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our textile showroom. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing people, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Support employees in achieving their individual and team goals
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
- Handle customer-related situations professionally when required
- Contribute to business development initiatives in the retail showroom
- Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to company policies

- Good understanding of payroll systems and HR processes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in retail or textile industry is an added advantage
