Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, fruits, meats, and portioning for burgers, fries, and sauces as per recipes.
- Assist in basic cooking tasks like seasoning, grilling patties, assembling dishes, and plating under supervision while maintaining consistency and speed.
- Ensure food safety by checking temperatures, labeling/storing items properly, discarding expired goods, and sanitizing workstations to meet hygiene standards.
- Receive deliveries, verify quality/quantity, take inventory of supplies, and report low stock or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Support service by expediting orders, communicating with front-of-house on modifications, and helping clean kitchen areas including mopping spills.
- Follow uniform protocols (chef’s coat, hat, non-slip shoes), adhere to shift schedules including weekends/evenings, and contribute to team camaraderie.
Pay: ₹12,514.64 - ₹25,022.25 per month
Work Location: In person
