Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Creator to produce engaging visual and audio content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through videos, images, podcasts, and digital media while ensuring high-quality content that strengthens our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and employer branding.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print use.
- Record, edit, and produce podcasts, including audio cleanup, transitions, and publishing.
- Design engaging thumbnails, banners, social media creatives, and marketing assets.
- Add motion graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects to improve content quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, HR, and leadership teams to convert ideas into compelling multimedia content.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets, ensuring proper file management.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and platform best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with Edwisely's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Experience with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, color grading, and sound design.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge is preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Design, Film, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in video editing and multimedia content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, photography, and podcast production.
Good to Have
- Experience managing YouTube channels and podcasts.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Experience with drone videography is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media analytics.
