Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Customer Acquisition Executive with knowledge of the construction and building materials industry. The role involves acquiring new clients and brands, building relationships with architects and designers, promoting KC's services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard brands.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and consultants.
- Promote Knowledge Center memberships, Material Library, events, and brand partnership solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Construction Material Sales, Project Sales, Architect Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Good knowledge of building materials such as Tiles, Plywood, Laminates, Paints, Hardware, Lighting, Electrical, Sanitaryware, Flooring, HVAC, Glass, Doors & Windows, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
Preferred Candidate
- Existing network with architects, builders, designers, or building material brands.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
- Passion for architecture, design, and construction materials.
Pay: ₹22,000.67 - ₹40,000.53 per month
