We are a growing AI social media marketing company helping brands boost their digital presence, generate leads, and scale revenue through tailored marketing strategies. We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for social media marketing services.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
Set up meetings and demos with potential clients for the business team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of SDR or similar sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
Big Plus: Having an existing professional network that can be leveraged for outreach.
What We Offer
Fixed salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience & performance).
10% commission on each conversion for the firstmonth after client sign-up.
