Job Title: Finance Head
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
Experience: 8-10 years, preferably in Manufacturing / Export Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage banking and treasury functions, including cash flow, working capital, CC limits, BGs, LCs, and term loans.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI, and MSME regulations.
- Oversee financial closing and finalization of accounts, including monthly MIS, statutory financial statements, and audit coordination.
- Handle export finance and documentation, including export remittances and incentive-related activities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks.
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Skills
- Expertise in Banking, Taxation, Accounting, MSME Compliance, Export Finance, and Financial Finalization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
