Job Title: Destination Operations Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Destination Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end destination delivery operations across North America and Europe. In this role, you will coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and overseas carrier partners to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee customs clearance, inland transportation, and last-mile deliveries across North America and EU lanes. Maintain strict SLA adherence while minimizing unplanned accessorial charges.
- Exception & SOP Management: Proactively troubleshoot shipment delays and exceptions, continuously refining standard operating procedures to improve network throughput.
- Vendor & Carrier Management: Conduct regular performance audits on carrier reliability, service quality, and cost-effectiveness to inform routing and network capacity decisions.
- Reporting & Audits: Supervise shipment tracking milestones, Proof of Delivery (POD) collections, and audit trails. Deliver regular operational performance reports to leadership.
Eligibility & Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6–7 years of relevant logistics/supply chain operations experience with people management responsibilities, OR 2–3 years of post-MBA experience in core logistics operations.
- Shift Timings: Must be comfortable working the 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST window to align with US business hours.
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Work from Office (WFO).
- Saturday: Work from Home (WFH).
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with global partners.
