Job Description
TuneCore Services is looking to hire a Content Infringement Operations team member to deal with right
infringements and conflict situations related to our artist's catalogue. The person shall be reporting to
Right and Catalog protection Leader of TuneCore services. As part of our international team based in
United States, Paris and India, you will be responsible for all aspects of TuneCore’s video monetization
services, including communicating with customers regarding video monetization inquiries; managing
assets, claims, and policies; and ensuring rights are properly administered within YouTube’s CMS,
Facebook Rights Manager and TikTok Media Match.
Your Day to day responsibilities include:

Communicate effectively with customers and third parties via email regarding video monetization
-
inquiries, ownership conflicts, disputes, and rights-related issues, ensuring timely and efficientresolution.

Oversee day-to-day Video CMS operations across platforms, including YouTube CMS and Facebook Rights Manager, ensuring content and video claims are reviewed accurately and in accordance with applicable policies and processes.

Review and oversee the management of sound recording/ art track assets to ensure that only eligible content is delivered to video platforms and that ineligible or non-compliant content is identified and removed promptly.

Conduct research and analyze trends and patterns to identify potential unauthorized or unsanctioned activity. Ensure appropriate investigations are conducted and findings are escalated to management where required.

Oversee copyright infringement-related activities and ensure cases are handled consistently, accurately, and within established timelines.

Identify operational, technical, and communication gaps and work cross-functionally with relevant teams to implement effective solutions and improve the overall support experience for TuneCore artists.

Monitor team performance and operational metrics, identify trends and recurring issues, and provide regular insights and recommendations to management.

Support process improvements, knowledge sharing, and implementation of best practices across the team to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Ensure adequate team coverage and effective resource allocation in a 24/7 operational environment, including management of rotational shifts and roster requirements.

Perform other duties and responsibilities related to Copyright Infringement, Video Rights, and operations as assigned by management.

Manage a team of operations specialists, providing regular guidance, feedback, and support to drive individual and team performance.

Set clear expectations and ensure team members consistently meet defined KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and business objectives.
Qualifications

Candidate to be operationally working on Zendesk, YouTube CMS, Facebook Rights Manager and TikTok MediaMatch

Have prior experience in people management, feedback, conflict resolution, and team development.

Demonstrate experience in reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and maintaining operational trackers.

Be comfortable preparing and presenting weekly and monthly business/performance reviews to leadership and stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.

Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.

Be comfortable managing escalations and taking ownership of complex rights and copyright-related cases.

Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven operational environment.

Be comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment under a rotational shift and rostering system.

Be available to work 5 days per week, with working hours and weekly days off determined based on the operational roster.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to balance business priorities, operational requirements, reporting needs, and team development effectively.
