About the Role
Code Brücke Academy is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to support our student outreach and lead generation activities.
This role is ideal for MBA freshers who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development, or the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student leads through online platforms, calls, and social media
- Build relationships with schools and colleges to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and campus programs
- Conduct field visits to schools and colleges for outreach activities
- Promote training programs and engage with potential students
- Maintain lead database and follow up with prospects
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to achieve targets
Eligibility
- MBA (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- 0–1 year experience in sales / business development is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for school/college outreach programs
- Self-motivated and target oriented
