Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to generate B2B sales opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, be confident in speaking with business customers, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
- Introduce company products and generate business enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and share product information.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales.
- Experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve sales goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
