As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established standards for responsibility, ethics, and sustainability. This role requires designing and applying strategies to address potential risks and challenges within AI technologies, ensuring that these systems operate within acceptable ethical boundaries. The position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment of AI solutions to align with organizational and societal expectations, fostering trust and accountability in AI deployments.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI principles into project workflows.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with problem-solving efforts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI systems.
- Ability to analyze AI system performance against ethical and sustainability benchmarks.
- Familiarity with AI system monitoring and evaluation techniques.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
