We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient ServiceNow Platform Support Consultant with a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SAM tool integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate data flow, license compliance, and operational efficiency
Key Responsiblities :

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, aligning with best practices and leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.

Provide technical direction, contribute to solution architecture, and maintain documentation including specifications, diagrams, and manuals.

Troubleshoot production/test issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Act as SME for application suites, contributing to project sizing, scoping, and functional expertise.

Define and manage data mapping, transformation, and validation rules; monitor data quality and perform health checks.

Implement software/license usage monitoring, manage discovery models/maps, and improve normalization.

Handle access provisioning for SAM modules and resolve related incidents.
What we need to see from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven expertise with ServiceNow ITAM, specifically SAM Pro; CSA certifications are a plus

Experience with Normalization Data Services configuration.

Knowledge of Software and Hardware Asset Management lifecycle.

Familiarity with Procurement and Contract Management.

Proven experience integrating SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow, SCCM) with ServiceNow.

Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and normalization processes.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, and Jelly.
