Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Presentation Specialist to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling and impactful presentations for client meetings, along with contributing innovative ideas that enhance event concepts and pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, visually engaging presentations for client pitches and internal meetings
* Translate client briefs into creative concepts and presentation decks
* Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to develop event proposals
* Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance event themes, concepts, and execution strategies
* Ensure consistency in branding, design, and messaging across all presentations
* Revise and customize presentations based on client feedback and requirements
* Support the Sales team with content creation and campaign ideas as and when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in presentation design, marketing, or a similar role
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or similar tools
* Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
* Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into compelling presentations
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Prior experience in an event management or advertising agency is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
