Position: Cluster Head – SME & Corporate
Base Location: Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore $ Tirunelveli
· Manage and grow a portfolio of SME corporate clients across property, liability, motor, health, and specialty lines
· Identify client needs and structure appropriate insurance program and renewals
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and insures.
· Coordinate the operations, claims, and compliance teams for effective service delivery
· Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication
· Min 7-10 year’s exp in insurance broking/ corporate sales.
· Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and client engagement.
· Excellent communication, negotiations and relationship management skills.
· Self-Driven with target – Oriented approach
