Your key responsibilities:

Oversee the annual administration and welfare budgets, including expense monitoring, vendor procurement, and asset management to ensure cost-efficiency.
Lead end-to-end facility services, including housekeeping, canteen management, employee transport, and horticulture, while ensuring all facilities remain compliant with local regulations.
Protect personnel and property through rigorous surveillance, gate management, safety audits, and fire drills to proactively prevent losses and safety hazards.
Manage occupational health (OHC), annual check-ups, and mediclaim programs, alongside maintaining high standards for food hygiene and personal safety.
Execute a comprehensive wellness and events calendar—covering town halls, festivals, and reward programs—to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Apply strong project management, labor law expertise, and data-driven decision-making to adapt quickly to organizational needs and maintain high operational standards.

What you will bring to the team:

5+ years of experience into administration
Management graduate degree
