we are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in maintaining and managing OT environments, with a focus on security within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain security measures for OT systems and networks.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for OT environments.
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure seamless integration and security of systems.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, including investigation and remediation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OT security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on OT security best practices.
- Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and incident response plans.
Key experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in OT security, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Experience with renewable energy systems and technologies.
- knowledge of OT systems, protocols, and standards (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs).
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and design.
- Experience or Knowledge with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., CEA, NCIIPC, IEC 62443).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
