Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, builders, developers, and corporate clients across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in client interactions, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and channel partner network.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and client follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in Furniture, Modular Furniture, Office Furniture, Interior Products, Building Materials, Modular Kitchens, Mattresses, Plywood & Laminates, UPVC Doors & Windows, Home Improvement, Paints, Tiles, Hardware, Construction Materials, or related industries will be highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR.
