- Job Title: Sales Manager
- Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in Sales (Required)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong sales pipeline by meeting prospective clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
Contact prospective clients for taking appointments to meet and discuss about the services
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client appoinments are given
Screen and prospect clients properly to close deals
Generate and maintain lead and enquiry pipeline for achieving monthly sales targets
Generate and execute strategies to generate enquiries and leads
Maintain Daily Sales Report(DSR)
Meet or exceed client retention and revenue targets
Requirements:
Experience in membership sales, Life insurance sales, Term Insurance Sales, Real Estate Sales, High Value Sales or related fields
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work in the field and meet clients regularly
