Mandatory Requirement – Telugu Language Proficiency
Telugu language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Telugu fluently as the position involves regular communication with Telugu-speaking customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our Cyber Security team as an E-Security Support Executive. The selected candidate will assist in monitoring security events, handling first-level security support activities, maintaining security documentation, and supporting day-to-day cyber security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events using security monitoring tools.
- Provide Level-1 support for security-related incidents and user queries.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior security analysts and relevant teams.
- Maintain incident logs, reports, and security documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Assist in security compliance and vulnerability management activities.
- Follow established security policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of organizational information.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and internet technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Cyber Security.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Electronics, or any related discipline.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
- Exposure to Cyber Security tools, monitoring platforms, or security training programs.
- Certifications or training in Cyber Security, Networking, CCNA, Security+, CEH, or related areas will be an added advantage.
