Job Title: Production & Project Management Assistant (Fresher/Entry Level)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated candidate (Fresher/Entry Level) to support and contribute to production, operations and managing projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in production, operations and a keen interest in learning production systems, managing project tasks, and ensuring work is completed on time. Mechanical engineers play a central role in supporting production planning, project coordination, and process improvements across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Management
- Assist with daily production planning and coordination to achieve production targets and meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production activities, track performance, and help identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with technicians and operators to ensure smooth production flow and resolve production issues promptly.
- Handle on-site installations by being on ground with the installation team.
Project Coordination
- Assist in project planning and execution under supervision, including developing timelines and task lists.
- Track project progress, document milestones, and escalate challenges to senior engineers or managers.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to align on production project tasks and schedules.
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and project deliverables.
Process Improvement & Technical Support
- Analyze production data and help propose ideas for process improvements.
- Support optimization of workflows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Aid in troubleshooting mechanical or process issues that arise during production or project work.
- Quality control of work.
Quality & Compliance
- Support quality assurance activities on the production floor to ensure products meet standards.
- Help maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related stream or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of production processes.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Good time management and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
Preferred (but not required)
- Internship, project work, or coursework related to production systems, manufacturing, or project coordination.
