About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the
Founder’s Office at Gryphon Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the
founder’s schedule, coordinating with clients and internal teams, handling communication, and
ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, colleges, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders for meetings
and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and ensure timely follow-up on
action points.
- Handle professional communication via emails, calls, and WhatsApp on behalf of the
Founder’s Office.
- Assist in planning business meetings, events, presentations, and conferences.
- Maintain records, reports, and important business documents in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Track deadlines, priorities, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle vendor and client coordination whenever required.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, reimbursements, and itinerary management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and urgent tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
