Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, smart, and customer-focused Sales Promoters to promote our FMCG / Food products in supermarkets, retail outlets, and customer markets across the assigned locations.
The candidate will be responsible for product promotion, customer interaction, increasing product visibility, and supporting overall sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Promote FMCG / Food products in retail shops and supermarkets
- Explain product features and offers to customers
- Increase product visibility and customer awareness
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and shop staff
- Conduct regular market visits in assigned areas
- Support sales activities and achieve promotional targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- FMCG / Retail / Supermarket experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Basic sales and promotional skills preferred
