Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller (Admission Counsellor) who will be the first point of contact for student inquiries. The role includes handling incoming leads, providing initial counselling, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into admissions or transferring them to senior counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other channels
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Verify, review, and qualify incoming leads
- Provide basic information and counselling about available courses and programs
- Schedule and transfer qualified leads to senior counsellors when required
- Close admissions directly whenever possible
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly admission targets set by the company
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computers (Excel/CRM preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
