Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately record customer interactions and call details
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English
- Basic computer knowledge is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
