Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum planning and implementation across all grades.
- Monitor teaching quality and student performance.
- Lead teacher development and performance reviews.
- Coordinate assessments, exams, and academic records.
- Address academic concerns from students and parents.
- Ensure compliance with board regulations (CBSE/ICSE/IB/etc.).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- 4-5 years of teaching experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary - 40k to 45k (in hand)
