About the Role
We are building a Banaras-focused Instagram page covering temples, ghats, hidden places, local stories, food spots, cafes, events, and unique experiences through short-form content.
We are looking for creative and social media-oriented individuals who are interested in content creation, Instagram growth, and digital media.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Instagram page and content flow
- Research trending reel ideas and social media trends
- Help plan and schedule content/posts
- Write captions, hooks, and basic content ideas
- Coordinate with the content, editing, and design team
- Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and stories
- Suggest creative ideas to improve page reach and engagement
Requirements
- Interest in social media and content creation
- Basic understanding of Instagram and reels
- Creative mindset and good communication skills
- Consistent, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience managing a page or creating content
- Familiarity with Canva, editing apps, or AI tools
