Role Summary
We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Project manager with strong experience in client servicing, BOQ preparation, costing, and vendor management within the interiors domain. The role requires coordination across clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure cost control, quality, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Prepare concept and working layouts in AutoCAD.
- Develop space planning options and furniture layouts.
- Create basic 3D visualizations and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors on design requirements.
Estimation & Costing
- Quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Preparation of BOQs.
- Rate analysis and project costing.
- Vendor and subcontractor comparison.
- Preparation of project budgets.
Project Execution
- Site measurement and surveys.
- Coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Monitoring site execution quality and timelines.
- Tracking material procurement and deliveries.
- Resolving site execution issues.
Billing & Documentation
- Client billing and RA bill preparation.
- Vendor bill verification.
- Measurement sheets.
Project documentation and handover records.
Key Requirements
Education
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.Arch
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design with strong technical execution experience
