Wildora Voyages is a leading travel company specializing in Africa Safaris, Beach Holidays, Luxury Travel, Group Tours, Honeymoon Packages, and Customized International Holidays. We are looking for passionate travel professionals who can create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in selling international holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, creating itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Design customized international and domestic holiday packages.
- Prepare professional travel itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and local suppliers.
- Manage customer relationships before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel trends and destination knowledge.
- Promote Africa Safari Holidays, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Maldives, Thailand, Dubai, Europe, and other destinations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or DMC.
- Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Experience in itinerary creation and package costing.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of visa procedures and travel documentation is an advantage.
