Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist with strong recruitment skills to handle end-to-end hiring, employee onboarding, and general HR functions for our expanding Sales/ Execution and manufacturing operations in Lucknow. This role supports our team growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing candidates via Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Develop job descriptions, post vacancies on job portals, and maintain a talent pipeline for sales, manufacturing, and support roles.
- Handle onboarding: Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, orientation programs, and new hire documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll support (salary slips, PF/ESI), and statutory compliance.
- Administer HR policies, resolve employee queries, manage performance reviews, and support training initiatives.
- Coordinate employee relations, exit formalities, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Generate HR reports (MIS on hiring metrics, attrition) and assist in policy updates.hr+3
Requirements:
- MBA/BBA in HR or equivalent; freshers with strong internship experience considered.
- 1-3 years in recruitment/HR generalist role; hands-on with job portals and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills; knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools a plus.
- Local candidates from Lucknow preferred for quick onboarding.
