The Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Kitchen is responsible for managing a designated section of the Indian kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, supervising junior kitchen staff, and ensuring timely service while following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
