Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and execute high-converting PPC, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads campaigns tailored to luxury travelers and real estate investors.
- Create dedicated marketing funnels that target high-intent audiences and re-target past guests to maximize bookings.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to acquire leads while optimizing for a healthy return on investment (ROI) and low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
2. Content & Brand Strategy
- Develop "experience-first" storytelling content that showcases the lifestyle, architecture, and amenities of the villas rather than just the physical space.
- Oversee the production of premium visual assets, including high-definition photo shoots, drone footage, and virtual tours.
- Maintain absolute brand consistency across the main website, landing pages, social profiles, and third-party booking platforms.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Improve organic search rankings by implementing local and technical SEO strategies (e.g., targeting keywords like "luxury villas for rent in [Location]" or "villas for sale in [Location]").
- Manage an editorial calendar for blog posts, email newsletters, and local guides that add value to prospective guests.
4. Online Reputation & Channel Management
- Manage online listings (Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, Booking.com, luxury rental sites) and oversee review responses.
- Collaborate with hospitality or property management teams to ensure a flawless end-to-end customer experience.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console) to monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven reports on booking trends, guest demographics, and channel performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with specific exposure to the luxury hospitality, travel/Airbnb, or high-end real estate sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and popular CRM or booking systems.
- Creative Competence: Strong design and aesthetic sensibility (familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, a proactive mindset, and deep knowledge of luxury buyer behavior
Pay: ₹30,061.47 - ₹50,981.64 per month
