- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and organized on the sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store to attract customers.
- Monitor and manage store security, preventing theft and ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and engage with the community.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient team.
