About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and provide high-quality physiotherapy services in a home-care setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient assessment, rehabilitation, pain management, mobility improvement, and geriatric care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver physiotherapy sessions focused on mobility enhancement, pain management, strength building, balance training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and progress notes.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to professional standards during all sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals when required to optimize patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages patient recovery and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).
- Valid professional registration.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in home-care, geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation physiotherapy will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Professional, punctual, and self-motivated.
